    The Lady Reading Hospital in Peshawar, a sprawling and volatile city not far from the Afghan border, said the hospital has received dozens of dead and injured, including schoolchildren and teachers.The Pakistani armed forces are reportedly launching a rescue operation to free dozens more people held captive by the militants.
