Instead of trekking it to a sunny island for the birthday festivities (like they did for Bey's 33rd), The Carters pulled out their snow gear for some wintertime fun in Iceland.The "7/11" singer rounded up a group of their close friends for a celebratory dinner at the super luxe Trophy Lodge resort for the rap mogul’s milestone birthday, complete with a surprise birthday cake.More pics below
