AFRO HIP HOP DANCE STEPS AND THE ARTISTS THAT INVENTED OR MADE THEM POPULAR



 SEKEM By MC Galaxy

MC Galaxy, a sensational Comedian/singer & dancer .His Sekem dance/single is hitting the streets of NIGERIA and Beyond.The dance step is currently in vogue. The dance step is more enjoyable when you do the dancing in group. Sekem will reign till christmas and into 2015.

  


Shoki By Lil Kesh

Lil Kesh, relatively new in the industry is currently making waves with his Shoki dance/single.
 



SKELEWU By Davido

Skelewu" is a dance step from  a song by Nigerian recording artist Davido, released as the third single from his album. Skelewu was sexy to dance with less energy .

 


AZONTO By Sakodia
Azonto is a dance and music genre originating from Ghana. Azonto is known to have originated from a traditional dance called Kpanlogo from the coastal areas like Chorkor, James Town, La, Teshie, Nungua and in the port town of Tema, all part of the Greater Accra Region.[1]
The dance involves a set of hand movements that either mimic everyday activities or are meant to signal an often amusing intention.

        


KRUKERE By Iyanya


"Kukere" (Efik for "Don't Worry") is a  a dane step from a song by Nigerian recording artist Iyanya, released as the first single from his second studio album Desire (2013)
Kukere was a great dance step. It went viral . A pure african dance that is suitable for afro hip hop. Facial swag  and big butty make the dance  so loveable.

       

 DO ME by Psquare

Do Me" features vocals from Waje, an artist popularly known for her vocals on M.I's "One Naira". The music video for the single was shot in South Africa by Jude Engees Okoye. Do me dance step was the bomb .  Done with relative energy and swag. 
                

YAHOZZI by Olu Maintain

This is a wonderful composition Yahooze (remix feat lkt) by Olu MaintainThe Yahooze (remix feat lkt) was recorded in 2007 and is from the Yahooze album. The single Yahooze came with a beauiful dance step. Easy to dance with so much effizy and swag.

 

 AlANTA by TERRY GEE

Alanta was made popular by a recrding artist TERRY GEE. A free style dance step .  The dance step was in vogue in late 90s / early2000. It needs a lot of energy but so unique and lovely.

                                                                     


GALALA by DADDY SHOWKY
